I've not been updating for a few days. I had been sick the past few days with fever. I went to the zoo with my Mum on Saturday. I had requested for the company's zoo pass a couple of months ago. Aye aye aye... It's great to go to the zoo once in the blue moon. :)

Monday, I'm beginning to hate Mondays! Non-stop forced leaves on Mondays are making me having Tuesday blues! Long weekends are a headache for me nowadays. Thinking of how to go-pass the empty afternoons. :S

I met up with Eric earlier this afternoon to Mustafa to get his luggage for Taiwan. We headed down to Chinatown to meet up with Peng Hwee for foot massage. Yea, 45 mins of 'tradition-with-no-extra-services' message at People's Park Centre. I had been rather worned out these days. I think all I need is ample rest............

I AM SOOOOO SOOO DAMN DISAPPOINTED!! I missed out my chance of purchasing the $283 Taiwan 2 way air tickets from Jetstar! My parents had been way to flicker minded on which day to go for the trip. Sigh.... :( No matter what, I will get myself to Taiwan July this year!

Alone, I went to rebond, colour and trimming of my flinch earlier this morning. I'm seriously unhappy with the cutting of my flinch! I HATE the dolly look I had now. Shit! She didn't cut it the way I wanted. I never did thought of wanting a dolly like flinch! I just wanted my normal looking sway-to-the-right kinda to be trimmed, that's all BUT with a snap, it's gone. :'(

I went to Bunka Language School located at Delfi Orchard level 5, to apply for my Elementary I Japanese lesson with them. My class will commerce on Sunday, 19th April 2009 from 10am to 1pm. Total of 8 sessons. The course fee is bloody expensive! I paid a total amount of $267.50 which includes $20 for new applicants.

I'm currently at Nic's place with Hayden. Today is Hayden's day back to Daddy! It's been a torture to have a 4 year old kid running around with you playing peek-a-boo. HAHAaaaa! I'm just kidding. I enjoyed myself a lot.

I will be meeting Xian Heng tomorrow to go to the Natas Fair held at Singapore Expo. I have to see what promotions they have for Taiwan. We also plan to watch, 'Slumdog Milionaire' at Plaza Singapura later part of the day. Hopefully, I won't get myself angry again this time.

I just had my FIRST aerobics class earlier. I thought it will turn out quite bad..... Guess what?!!!!! It is great and FUN! There are also a couple of students like me, entering this lesson as their first. Therefore, I feel better while I'm unable to catch up some of the steps. However, the teacher is very attentive to the students and she's very positive in her teaching methods and attitude. She had tried her best to remember all names. She is very approachable and friendly. :)

I'm looking forward for her next lesson.

Hmmm... I wonder how my first Hatha Yoga class will turned out to be next Tuesday. Will it be as good?

Since it's another day of forced leaves, I met up with one of my colleague, Eric Lai for K-boxing today at Marina Square. Since Peng Hwee and Kelvin is more interested in their foot reflexlogy session instead of K-boxing, we proceeded to our plan. We had reached Kbox at around 11am and had the K-Lunch package till 2pm. We did enjoyed ourselves.

I went to 'Donut Factory' and brought a box of 6 back home and as it's too early, we went to 'The Grand Cathay' for the movie,"He's just not that into you".

We went had Beef Noodles at 'Lai Lai' located at Liang Seah Street for dinner after the movie.

Beef noodles that we ate. It's not up to the standard. *BOO* It's not that appetizing at all. The noodles are not well cooked and the beef is not tender at all.

I took a whole day's time off on Friday, clearing the 10 hours that I had worked on Monday which is supposed to be an official 'Forced Leave'. I had to come back to finish up one Executive report on Kaizen end results for my manager the next day. Thank god that both my friends, Janice and Nicholas are alright after their accidents. I had brewed some herbal tea and water chestnut drink earlier for Nicholas. His arm and leg seems better. :)

I went for a short run of 2.4km at the park near my house after my mum's favourite Taiwanese's drama. I'm so excited of the pre-planned trip to Taiwan this July; provided that I'm not in my company's retrenchment list. *Pray hard*

It's been ages since I last catch up with my friends. Frankly speaking, I do miss my dear friend, Teck Hwa. If he's reading this post, please get in contact with me yea. Text or call me. :)

Next Thursday will be my first Aerobics class. Hmmm.. I wonder how it will turn out to be. I hope to slim down more kilos through these classes. :)

It's time for me to get a myself a HUGE shopping list! I had been window-online shopping for the past few hours. I'm gonna stock up supplies for my beauty skin care products as well as clothes. I'm super obsessed with one piece dresses nowadays. I'll need to save up as much as possible as for now. I'm planning to go Taiwan or Hong Kong again in mid July. Probably, Guang zhou is a good stop too. :)

I'll have to head back to work tomorrow and claim Time OFF. I'll need to finish up a presentation for my Manager for his Executive Report to be handed up on Tuesday Morning. Sigh.. Will try my best to tuck in early tonight. Laters..

Yeah, I'm just back home. I wanna say a big 'Sorry' to my friend, Janice. I'm supposed to pay her a visit earlier after her car accident. It's such a coincidence that Nicholas had met one too and he just discharged earlier this afternoon. Though, it's not that serious, I still hope he will be fine. I'll catch up with you real soon girl, I promise. Spent my short Valentine's day with a couple of friends at Nic's place having pot luck. It's good to have friends meeting up and catching up often, rather than countable times which are lesser than 5 in a year right? Friendship requires some "maintenance" and not too self-centered too. ;)

Received my Health report from KK hospital yesterday night through snail mail, I'm perfectly fine! I guess I'm just being over paranoid and I'm having insufficient plain water intake. :) I'll take care of my health.

My brother says he is intending to take up Japanese classes in order to communicate well with his Japanese superior! Well, I guess, we will be taking the same course soon.

Just can't wait for my Aerobics classes that are about to fall in 2 weeks times. :)

WARNING!!!!!!

It's been ages since I last updated my blog. I know I am missing way too much. I had been rather busy these days.... Or should I say, rather lazy. :) I had a day out with my Mummy on the 2nd of Feb which I'm supposed to head off to work. However, I had made a trip to KK Women and Children hospital for a planned check up. I had informed my superior a week before my appointment. My Mummy and I had a great time spent together that day. After the draggy checkup, we took the shuttle bus down to Bugis MRT and I accompanied my Mom to the temple for prayers. We spent our time shopping at Plaza Singapura basically half of the day. We went shopping at Spotlight and Dorothy Perkins, and I treated her our lunch at Manhattan Fish Market and as well as a comedy movie, "All's Well Ends Well 2009". It's a great Hong Kong flim :)

Though despite the global recession currently, I had made plans with my parents and we are thinking of going to either Hong Kong or Taiwan this coming July if I'm not in the retrenched list. *Crossed fingers*

I had recently applied for Aerobics Dance and Hatha Yoga classes and will kick off on 26th Feb 09 and 3rd March 09 respectively for every Tuesday and Thursday. I'm planning to apply for the Japanese Course held at Bunka Japanese Language School or JCS in March as well. :) Gotta hit back with the basics first with the Elementary I class first in order to achieve my initial stage of the 1st certificate of JPLT; JPLT4. :)

Wishing me all the best & hopefully, I'm able to escape the fate of the cruel retrenchment...

I'm going Vietnam next Tuesday! It's the very first time there and I'll be celebrating a brand new year there. I'm so looking forward to Dalat; the little Paris in Vietnam. Best and budget place for honeymoons. Well, I'm not there for any honeymoons but... I'm there to feel the love. :p

It's been days since I came back from Bangkok. Everything seems quite peaceful there. There's nothing much to worry about. :) I'm quite busy these few days at work and had missed a couple of lunch breaks. Well, I will definitely take care of myself. :p

My house is currently under renovation and my place is so dusty and it normally will make me vexed.

Twilight is a good book but the movie simply sucks! I had brought the hard cover 'Twilight Saga' at Kinokuniya; SG. I didn't managed to get those in Bangkok cos it's all SOLD OUT maybe cous it's cheaper there? I had seen books having all kinda of sales for Christmas there.

I won't be online till next year, I guess or till further notice. Will enjoy my second book, 'Full Moon' now.

Just received a call last minute from jetstar that my flight will be delayed and there will only be night flight instead. Therefore, in order not to waste a day, I had decided to bring forward the flight to tomorrow night instead of Friday night. Sigh............ It's so rush!!!

My house is under renovation and therefore, I won't be online. I will try to be online while I'm in Bangkok! May I have a good and safe trip there. :)

I'm so busy today! Damn! Broadcom having audits on the line and have to be around due to some conversion form issues. One news to share... I finally booked my Vietnam trip earlier in the office. Will be taking SIA there. The price is reasonable, $318/person from 30thDec08-4thJan09 due to promotions. Actually, Jetstar and Tigerairways are cheaper but the prices jerked up before we are able to book. The prices are almost the same though. Jetstar is around $323 and Tiger around $320. However, I doubt SIA provides Travel Insurance so I'm still thinking of getting travel insurance from AIG or NTUC. Depends....

As for Bangkok trip, I'm still a little worried. The timing of the departure flight might fall in the night instead on the day. That would be a waste of time and hotel rooms might not be hold till then despite the fact that we had paid the full amount of it. Hmmm...

My house will under go renovation soon on the 9th of Dec 08 - 26th of Jan 09. My parents and I might be renting a place at AMK whom my mummy's friend had introduced during the whole/partial period; still subject to consideration. Therefore, I will not be online for this long period...

Yesterday was enjoyable. Finally, met up with my bestie and did some cam whorings. :P

My diarrhea doesn't seems to get any better after eating lots of Charcoal pills from Guardian and bottles of chinese medicine, Bao Ji Wan! I had been to the toilet more than 8 times earlier at work! I'm getting weaker after getting rid of those watery fluids out of my ass. Everytime I eat something and within 5 mins, I'll lose appetite and there is a need to head to the toilet all the time. I can't take the 4 days of 'torture' anymore and I went to see a doctor before I head home.

In order to get my Chicken Pox vaccination done ASAP and I ignored the doctor's advise to cure my diarrhea first. Just because.... I'm so afraid that Chicken Pox will turn to me soon. I never had Chicken Pox before and I'm afraid that I can't take the itchiness and more scars will develop on my skin. In order for me to get the vaccination done as planned, I went to consult another doctor for the jab after taking my medicine from the doctor whom I always visit. It's the cheapest that I had managed to find. $72/jab which averagely about $90+/jab. For adults, you will need 2 jabs. I will have to take another jab after 6-10weeks but the clinic will be closed officially end of this year. ~~(No wonder they charge me this cheap!)~~

I hope I will be able to recover soon despite the skipping of my medicine for the vaccine. Hmmm...

P.S Will be meeting Li Juin tomorrow. Miss this primary school bestie of mine. I guess we will have tons to talk and catch up. :)

With this kinda of situation that Thailand is having now, I'm canceling the trip and will probably get a full refund and go Vietnam with my colleagues instead. I'm planning to go Taiwan next year's February. :) However, I had promised Debbie and Nicholas that I'll be heading down to Melbourne next summer. Hmmmm.... Tough choice. :)

Diarrhea is killing me! I didn't eat a single bit at all today. I had my medicine but it doesn't seems to help at the moment. Total lost in appetite now I had sms-ed my agent earlier in the morning that I'm unable to get to work today. Sigh..

I'm down with fever yet I'm still in office given more job loads as well as never-coming-to-conclusion-meeting that lasted for 3days. It's quite bad, I have been having headaches. :( I didn't eat the whole day, i didn't have any appetite. My lunch was spent napping in the office. All thanks to my colleague, Deen who gave me some panadol to ease the headaches and keeping the temperature down for a while. I heard them saying that shutdowns will no longer be using advanced leaves but pay deduction! DAMN! Bad day for me! Will be sleeping super early tonight.

I guess my Bangkok trip might have to postpone or cancel. All thanks to the protesting and causing the airport to shutdown. Sighhhhhh.............

On forced leaves today...

Just recalled that I have an IPL session in 2 weeks time, on the 6th of Dec at Dr. BC Ng. Hmmm... I'm still wondering if I should go for it. $107/session; total of minimum 3 sessions, for every consecutive 6 weeks. ~~It's a lil' heart pain.~~

Well, hack it! No choice since I 爱美. That's the price to pay for reaching out to beauty wellness. I guess I should bring forward the session to a weekday during my lunch time cos i just can't wait for the session to be done. ;)

The economy is really damn bad.

PT disasters!

I had found a Part-Time job as a promoter in Watsons via Adecco at International Plaza which I strongly recommend Janice to get her PT job there. It's a permanent weekend kinda of job. However, the pay and the products that I'm selling don't seems really appealing at all. I had been asked to stationed at Seng Kang, Compass Point this weekend. Sigh... It's disaster! Sales are bad! Basically, 0 sales! I bet this PT job won't last. Well, well, I guess it's time for me to look for another real soon...

Many thanks to Mr. Tan Eng Jin for his "sacrificial" to walked with me back home from work.(Sengkang-Hougang) I know this sounded crazy! I'm so sorry that he had blisters on the way back as he wore slippers! (OPPS!!!) I'm suffering from frequent insomnia ever since late last year. The only way for me to sleep is either to eat pills or making myself damn tired such as jogging or walking for long time. :S This is BAD!!!!!

The journey back was tedious as we walked several loops back. Seng Kang is just like a MAZE! OMG!!!! We managed to walk from 9plus all the way till 2 plus! :S It's a lil' bit too scary along the roads whereas we seen flesh blood on the floor, an old lady outta no where who stared at us as if she we are from outer space and only a lighted HDB unit outta the whole gonna demolished HDB flat whereas all of the residents had all moved out and the window panels had been nailed with wooden boards except for that particular unit! It's damn eerie!

Btw, Vietnam trip is pending for confirmation from my company regarding the exact dates for the forced leaves later part of December. I might be heading to Vietnam straight after my Bangkok trip. Probably spending either Christmas or New Year there. :) I'm sooo looking forward for those...

I didn't have to work tomorrow. Damn! It's one of the scheduled forced leaves. Sigh... I'm sensing a pay cut soon. :(

Though, life is not as exciting as before but least I'm enjoying every single bit of it. :)

It's amazing isn't it? When you thought of wanting to see that someone you never will get a chance to see him despite having a possibility of 99.99% that that someone will definitely be there. However, when you totally forgotten the existing of that someone for that particular period of time, that someone happen to appear in front of you several times. That's life I guess. That's what it's meant to be, destiny; all being controlled.

I happened to see him in NYP while having lunch with my fellow filipino colleagues. He was with Leng, walking passed me along the 'bridge' leading to Koufu and NYP's 'Shopping Arcade'. I thought of calling him BUT my mind and heart called me not to do that. It's phobia, it's hatred. I'm kinda of lost and speechless. My mind is blank. Never had I expect to see him ever again, not during my lunch. It's not love anymore and it's neither painful at all. To me, he's just an ordinary friend now. At least, to me, he's still a friend....... Seriously, I'm happy for him that he had made it to polytechnic. Study hard and Jia You! :)

I know I'm bad, I'm suppose to help save the turtles, but I simply just can't help it. It's been donkey years since I last ate Turtle soup ~~and it's really time for me to pamper myself.~~ Each bowl ranging from 11 bucks onwards. It's 50cents for each bowl of rice. Hong Kong Day 6, LAST DAY!

Finally it's my last day at Hong Kong! Will miss the place so much for its shopping! :P However, the flight delay of 5hours is UNBEARABLE! We reached the airport at around 7 plus and the flight supposed to take off at 8.20pm ended up we have to wait till 1.15am for the plane to take off. :S That's really one thing bad about budget air.

Started our day having breakfast at Dao Hiang Restaurant, also located along Jordan Road. The food is not as nice as London Hotel but the price is slightly cheaper and service is definitely better than London Restaurant's.

Breakfast held at the Macdonalds' at Festival Shopping Center, a high end place like Paragon. Nothing much to buy there unless you wanna go for Genuine branded stuffs. The only thing I love is having an indoor ice-skating zone. However, it's quite small.

Brother's Big Day

22nd Sept 08 is the day of my brother's R.O.M. It's held at Peony-Jade Restaurant at Clarke Quay. After having a relation for more than 10 years, they are finally settling down. I'm happy for them. :) It's a blissful day with the whole of my family gathering around, celebrating and witnessing this major event. :)

I'll be going to Hong Kong for holiday with one of my gaming buddies, Teck Hwa from 30th Sept 08 to 5th Oct 08. Simply, can't wait for the day to come! It's been 2 years since I last been to Hong Kong and it's time for me to SHOP TILL I DROP!!! :P
